When you submit an enquiry, we store the name and phone number you provide, along with any company name, application, requirement description and enquiry source you choose to include.
The system also stores the client IP address confirmed by our controlled reverse proxy and the browser User-Agent. The website and its infrastructure may process necessary technical records such as request time, request path and response status to provide and protect the service.
We use this information to respond, understand site and project requirements, prepare product or solution materials, and maintain the requested business communication.
Trusted client IP and User-Agent data are not used for automated decisions or automated deduplication. They are available only for manual duplicate review, security audit, investigation of abnormal requests and abuse prevention.
When email notifications are enabled, the enquiry fields you submit may be sent to the company mailbox through the controlled email provider selected by the administrator. Notification emails exclude the stored client IP and User-Agent.
Available providers include NetEase, Tencent, Alibaba or Google Gmail. The provider actually used depends on company configuration. If processing involves an international transfer, we will complete the applicable assessment, notice or other legal requirements before enabling it.
To understand acquisition sources, important pages and product interest trends, the website uses session-level analytics hosted by Wuxi Weiyineng Technology Co., Ltd. It loads no third-party analytics, advertising or marketing tracking scripts.
Analytics processes only a random session ID, fixed page or product ID, language, search-source category, visit sequence, time and scroll-depth ranges, fixed calls to action and form status. It does not retain full referring URLs, search terms, query parameters, form content, IP addresses, User-Agent strings, device fingerprints or cross-day cookies. The session ID stays in the current tab and expires after 30 minutes of inactivity. Records containing it are retained for up to 30 days; daily aggregates without it are retained for up to 400 days. Analytics does not start when Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track is enabled.
We retain information only for as long as needed to handle the enquiry, maintain necessary business records and meet applicable legal obligations. The actual period depends on the purpose, business relationship and legal requirements.
This public page does not promise a fixed number of days that has not been approved through operational and legal review. The company must confirm an enforceable retention and deletion policy before public production operation.
Enquiry data is stored in a restricted server-side database and is not written to the public website directory. The admin service uses server-side sessions, access controls and audit records for sensitive detail access; list views mask part of the phone number by default.
Email authorization codes are encrypted at rest, and application logs do not record full enquiry bodies, cookies, passwords or secrets. No network or storage measure can guarantee absolute security; we continue to apply safeguards appropriate to the risk.

To avoid disclosure to another person, we may first verify the relationship between the requester and the original enquiry. Information required by law or needed to resolve a dispute may not be deleted immediately.
